Such a nice holiday..
I did it!! I had a wonderful time over Christmas! It was unexpectedly nice! I got to see all my family, we had a very nice time, very nice food, a lot of laugh and I saw all my friends!! I am so happy that everyone finally stayed (or came) and we got together.. so now 2 days at work and then skiing…..

Cannelloni ala me!!
I cooked! I know how to cook, but I don’t do it often….
On Saturday I spent the day in the house because I didn’t like all that rain…
I cooked!!Cannelloni stuffed with minced meet and cheese.
And the outcome…
I served it with my favourite salad
As you can see we like feta cheese A LOT!!!
Bug had his comments on the cannelloni….He preferred it more...
